But the real story of my life has always been simple: I love the work I do, I love my wife Susan, and I love spending time with my two boys. Everything else fits around that.

I've run businesses, served on corporate boards, and invested in startups. Alongside that work, I have a passion for private equity and venture capital investment.

However, being an R360 Chapter Chair has been one of the most meaningful leadership roles I've been a part of.
